In the early 80's Frank Van Wezel our founder and chairman discovered that runners needed better support from their running shoes. Hence was born the Silver Shadow, at that time it was one of the most technologically advanced running shoes.
Since that date the Silver Shadow has gone on to be sold in over 80 countries and a staggering 8 million pairs have been sold.
The Silver Shadow has now become a sports classic silhouette and has recently been adopted again by youth culture and worn by bands such as 'Goldie Looking Chain'.
