Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, although it does depend on the current status of your order and whether it has been despatched. Should you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible using our website contact form. A member of our customer service team will then contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
How do I return an item I have purchased?
Buying from Hi-Tec is risk free thanks to our 7 day no quibble returns policy.
If you would like to return an item please log on to your account and print off the returns form. This should then be completed and included with the items being returned. If you require a replacement to be sent to you please enclose a cheque or postal order of £3.00 for shipping. Please note that returns will not be processed without this fee.
Although we are happy to accept your returned items, you must return the products at your cost to us at the address provided on the invoice we sent you. The products must be in their original packaging and in a condition that would enable us to sell those products to someone else as new. In the case of footwear, this means that the footwear must not have been worn outside or treated in any way.
We will refund the price of the products, unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong products, in which case we will also refund your return costs once we have received proof of those costs from you.
