How can I pay for my goods?

You can pay using either a credit or debit card online. We currently accept all major credit cards through our secure payment pages.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Once you have completed the checkout process you will be given an order reference number and we will send you a confirmation email to the email address that you provided.

Do I need to register to shop online?

In order to purchase Hi-Tec products using our on-line shop you will need to complete a short registration form so that you can keep details of your orders.

How can I use my Voucher/Promotional Offer code?

Once you have selected the products that you would like to purchase, there will be a section to place your offer code at the checkout, once you have completed this you must click the 'Update' icon for the offer to become effective.

I want a product that isn't listed on the on-line shop.
