1. How can I pay for my goods?

2. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?

3. How do I know when my order has been received?

4. Can I cancel or change an order?

5. How do I return an item I have purchased?

When you place your order you will receive a reference number, this needs to be used with any correspondence. To return an item please log in to your account and print off the return order form.

7. Do I need to register to shop online?

8. How much will P&P cost?

We offer a standard delivery service which takes 3 to 5 working days for your goods to arrive, from receipt of your order. Delivery is £4.95 to mainland UK* and will cost £5.00 to Ireland.

9. What if I have forgotten my Password?
